Arctic sea cucumbers have a bright black exterior with pure white flesh and brownish-yellow sinews. These sea cucumbers contain over 45% protein content. Xulong uses traditional drying techniques with natural air-drying in California, without adding sugar, salt, or other chemical additives. The finished product contains less than 15% salt, expands over 5 times its size when rehydrated, and can be stored for over 5 years in a dry environment.
