Customs Clearance and Tariffs

During the logistics process, the carrier may contact the user to provide customs clearance information or collect the corresponding taxes and fees. Rokid has set up an official technical support and customer service email for global users: global-support@rokid.com. If you have any product usage issues, complaints, or after-sales needs, please send an email in English to this address. The Rokid team will handle it promptly for you.
If you need to cancel an order, it is recommended to send an email in English to global-support@rokid.com first. Due to the tight warehouse shipping schedule, we cannot guarantee that all orders can be intercepted and canceled before dispatch. If the order has already been shipped, please refer to the "Return Policy" below to apply for a return within the specified time frame.
Rokid promises to provide end consumers with a one-year warranty for the entire device (with a valid purchase invoice), starting from the date of purchase. If the product is confirmed to have quality issues, you can enjoy an exchange service within 15 days with the purchase invoice.
Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation
Rokid officially offers a 14-day order cancellation and 30-day return and refund service. Specific refund timelines and return details apply. After receiving your return package and verifying it, the merchant is expected to process the refund within 5-14 business days. Once the refund is initiated, the actual arrival time may vary depending on the bank or payment channel. Please keep an eye out for it.
Rokid products are protected with standard packaging before shipment. However, due to long-distance, multi-stage transportation for some overseas orders, package compression or damage may occur. If the package is severely damaged or there are product quality issues, please take photos as evidence as soon as possible after signing for the package and contact Rokid's official customer service email at global-support@rokid.com immediately for processing. Additionally, if the user directly files a complaint with the logistics carrier, Rokid will also cooperate with the user to facilitate the carrier's compensation process.
