- Each email address can reserve 1 ticket. Please do not make duplicate reservations.
- Each entry time slot lasts approximately 2–3 hours, with staggered entry. Entry is not guaranteed at the start of the slot.
- Once inside, you'll have 45 minutes for shopping + 15 minutes for checkout, with a maximum stay of 60 minutes in the store.
- You must attend at the time specified on your ticket. Each ticket admits 1 person only.
- You'll need to present a photo ID at both entry and checkout.
- Only credit/debit cards are accepted. No cash.
- No outside food or drinks allowed.
- Children under 18 may enter with a parent or guardian and do not count toward the ticket quota.
- Maximum of 5 items per category/transaction.
- All sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
- All items are authentic, first-quality products and are covered by Canada Goose's standard warranty.
- Bag checks will be conducted upon exit.
