回复 @AshurL : I bought the suitcase during a sale for $360, plus $120 shipping, so it was under 4000 RMB in total. My friend said that in Mainland China, any suitcase is around 4000 RMB (I think she’s talking about the double-bar one). I got her the single-bar one here. She thinks it’s a great deal even with the shipping :) 箱子打折的时候买的360，加上运费120一共人民币不到4000，听朋友说国内随便一个都是4000左右（估计她说的是双拉杆的）我给她在这边买的单拉杆的。她觉得即使邮寄也很划算：）

: I have both single and double telescopic handle suitcases. Honestly, the double-wheel double-handle one is easier to push when loaded heavily, but the single-handle is also great—mine has lasted almost 12 years and still works perfectly. Just make sure to balance the weight on both sides when packing :) 我单杆双杆都有，平心而论双杆双轮在装很多东西的时候会更好推，但是单杆也是很不错的，毕竟我的单杆用了快12年了还是很好用，就是你装东西的时候注意一下两边重量平均一点就好：）

At one point, the rep gave me a wrong order number and claimed I ordered on 11.7. Asked again on 11.13, got another new order number, said it failed. The item I wanted was gone by then, so I switched cards and reordered—still canceled. Had to call to find out. Wasted half a month.
