When I contacted customer service, they claimed UPS had already delivered the package and randomly downloaded a photo of my house from Google as "delivery proof." They even told me to file a police report to recover the missing package. : The 997R and 574 don't look alike. The 997R is slender and pointy, while the 574's toe box is wide and round. Their uses are also different. 997R和574长得不像，997R瘦长而尖，574 toe box宽而圆。用途也不一样。
