回复 @匿名用户 : You got lucky. I bought a frying pan and a nail clipper, but only received the pan. Then I had to keep calling customer service. Their attitude was good, but they took no action. Every time they said the refund would be processed after their shift ended. After 7 or 8 calls over two weeks, I finally saw the refund in my account... I never want to buy their products again. 是你的运气好 我买了一个炒菜锅和一个修剪指甲的剪刀 结果只收到了锅 热后就不停到打电话给客服 态度很好 就是没有任何行动 每次都说他们下班后 退款会到我的账户上 结果打了7、8次电话 超过二个星期 终于看到退款到账了…….此后再也不想买它家的产品了
