Though you promised a refund, it still hasn’t been processed, emails go unanswered, and there’s no customer service hotline. : Don't buy anything from them. The coat I ordered was camel, but they sent a dingy grey one that was really ugly. Then, when I wanted to return it, I couldn't even get to the return page. It kept asking for an account and password, but how am I supposed to log in when I never even registered an account or password! Then, trying to log in with email, it kept asking for a verification code, and after checking my email for the code, it would tell me the code had already expired. And for online returns, if the item is over $800, they charge a $100 fee, but they don't explain what this fee means. For items under $800, they charge $35! Moreover, I have reason to suspect I received a fake product; the actual item is severely different from the official pictures. And the fur, it feels really bad and a bit prickly to the touch—it's probably artificial fur! Anyway, I just feel completely ripped off! If they don't give me a refund or charge me random fees, I'll have to forcefully dispute it! I just found out today that this website is a Chinese buyer's boutique!
