When I first started using it, I didn't know how to fry eggs properly, but once I got the hang of the heat, it stopped sticking. When frying eggs, make sure the pan is heated up first, then add oil, turn the heat down to low, and then add the egg. Wait until one side sets, then use a spatula to gently loosen the bottom before flipping it over. That's it. It's pretty much like the one shown in the picture.------------- For frying steak, it's recommended to use a larger-bottomed frying pan for better results.
