In reality, it is carbon buildup (carbonized oil film) caused by improper cleaning after long-term cooking, not the coating. This can be resolved by removing the carbon buildup and re-seasoning the pan to restore its functionality. Our cast iron pans can be used freely with metal or stainless steel spatulas without worrying about scratches. Only uncoated cast iron pans allow for such worry-free use. 有些评论说用着用着有黑色脱落物以为是掉涂层,其实是清洗不当,长期烹饪后形成的积碳(碳化油膜),不是涂层。可以去除积碳并重新开锅即可恢复使用。我们这些铁锅随意用铁铲不锈钢铲使用都不怕剐蹭的,只有无涂层的铁锅才敢这样做。

We only use "carbon steel wok" for better search visibility. 精铁就是碳钢锅哦。英文名区别不大。但是实际我们的精铁是纯精铁,比碳钢纯,只是为了搜索量,才用了carbon steel wok。

回复 @feng6a : Then you have to use this one. After washing, invert it to drain and let it dry, and it won't rust. However, make sure there's no water left inside—it must be placed upside down so the water can drain out automatically.
