After washing, dry the pot thoroughly, heat it up, and then apply a thin layer of oil—this is how you maintain the pot. To keep it non-stick, you need to regularly maintain the pot to form an oil film, and avoid using dish soap. For tough stains, just use a steel wool pad. When storing the pot, make sure there’s no water left inside. Turn it upside down to air-dry completely to prevent rusting. 对滴 如果有比较顽固的残留物,可以用钢丝球刷的,洗干净擦干水分,烘热锅体就涂一层薄薄的油,就是养护锅体了。要想不粘,平时就需要养护锅体养成一层油膜,不要用洗洁精。如果有难洗的,就用钢丝球刷就好了。平时存放锅体的时候,锅里千万不要有水,倒扣晾干水分放置就不会生锈了。

回复 @White123 : It also needs daily maintenance, otherwise it will rust. Cast iron woks have no coating; they need a thin film of oil applied daily for maintenance. Alternatively, after cooking, wash the pot thoroughly with a brush, without using dish soap. After rinsing, invert the pot to drain the water. This also counts as maintenance.
也需要日常护理的,不然会生锈,铁锅无涂层,需要日常涂一层薄的油膜养护,或者平时做完菜,用刷子洗干净锅体,不要用洗洁精,冲洗干净后倒扣锅体沥干水分,其实也算养护了。
