. I rubbed my hair so much that it nearly got damaged, and it still didn't lather much... I even bought a special lathering net, but the shampoo bar was still terrible. It took forever to work into my hair, and I couldn't stand it anymore, so I threw it away. 之前买了超多，超级难用哭了，头发都快搓坏了也没起多少泡…专门买的打泡网，然后护发皂特别难用，逮着头发搓半天，受不了扔了

: It works really well. I used to use shampoo and had to wash my hair every two days. If I didn't wash it on the second day, my hair would get oily and look flat. After using this soap, I can go three days without washing. My husband had a lot of dandruff, and it's been better controlled since he started using it too. It's not a dramatic improvement, but you can definitely feel the difference. The downside is that it doesn't lather easily (though I'm not sure if that's a bad thing—I've heard that quick-lathering products often contain additives), so you need to be patient when washing your hair. Also, if you have long hair, you must use conditioner afterward, otherwise, it'll feel very dry. I don’t recommend their conditioning soap, though—it's not good. 好用的, 我以前用洗发水,两天要洗一次头,第二天不洗头头会油,还搭拉着.这个肥皂洗过以后可以3天不洗..我老公头皮屑很多,用它以后也控制得好些.不会说有质一般的飞跃 但你能用出不同. 不过缺点是不好起泡,(也不知道算不算优点,据说起泡快的都是添加了东西),洗起来要耐心点洗.还有就是长头发的话必须要擦护发素,不然洗完很干.我不推荐他们家的护发皂,不好用.
