: I didn't buy the recommended small S, but went for their large S instead. I've been using it for two weeks now, and it feels great. The dual boiler is incredibly useful. Plus, it's very stable. Upgrading from Breville, the first thing I had to relearn was frothing milk—the four-hole steam wand works completely differently. Even the technique is different... Here are a few cups of latte art I’ve made. I’m sure I’ll improve even more after using it for a while longer. 没买推荐的小S.，买了它家的大S，的。用了两个星期，感觉很好，双锅炉太好用了。而且很稳定。从breville升级上去，第一个要重新学习的是打奶泡，四孔的喷嘴打起来完全不一样。连方法都不同。。。。放上几杯拉花。再用一段时间估计还能进步。
