回复 @HOUMAX : I haven't had any issues with my OpenRun Pro 2 from last year. I also bought a Trekz Air back in 2019 before the brand rebranded, and it's still going strong after 7 years. Plus, their customer service is excellent—if something breaks, they just send a replacement directly. My colleague loves using the OpenSwim and always files a warranty claim just before it expires to get a new pair, and they never hesitate—just send a new one right away. 我去年的Openrun pro2没问题啊，19年品牌改名前买的一个Trekz Air 7年了也还在服役，而且他们售后也很好啊，坏了直接就寄新的，我同事喜欢用openswim, 总是在保修快到期之前报修换新耳机，从来不废话的直接就寄新的

: Two OpenRun Pro 2 mini. I bought one right away in September 2024, and after 8 months of use, the power-on sound and volume buttons collapsed and stopped working. I thought it might be an isolated issue, so I bought another one in May 2025. Last month, the same problem occurred again—the control button collapsed and malfunctioned. Combined, the two headphones lasted 18 months, averaging 9 months per unit. Although they are comfortable to wear, the quality is really disappointing. I hope this gives everyone some advice on using them...
