I placed an order for "spend $90, get $10 back," but the flavored cream I wanted was out of stock, and so was my backup choice. The app only gave me the option to switch stores or cancel. They gave me a case number and told me to contact them after the offer expires tomorrow to manually add it back. I said, "After the refund, the order won't meet the minimum amount anymore—can you really add it back?" They assured me it's no problem at all. I almost felt bad about it! 太感谢了，真的可以。我就问了下客服这种情况是全部扣除还是按比例扣除，结果客服给我一个编号，说等offer明天过期了再联系他们手动给我添加回来。我说我退款后都不满足金额了，真的能加回来吗，人家说完全没问题，整得我都不好意思了。
