Shipping Process
After placing an order, the merchant will send a Confirmation Email to your registered email within 1-2 business days. Once the product is officially shipped, a tracking email will be sent again to your registered email. Under normal circumstances, the product is expected to be delivered within 7-15 business days. Return Policy
Returns can be requested within 90 days from the order date. After submitting the return request, the package must be shipped within 14 days.
