The photo only showed a close-up of the recipient's address and phone number, none of my house markings, which was unusual compared to before. Called the courier, and they asked me to send photos of my house, then told me to wait 48 hours for a response. After two days, I got an email saying it was escalated to a supervisor and I should wait another 24 hours for a reply. Still nothing. I contacted Temu's customer service directly, explained the situation, and got an immediate refund. The sad part is, the two lost packages were items I really needed, and now they can't be resent. 我的包裹丢了两个，严重怀疑快递人员根本就没送，只是拍了个照，就显示已经签收，因为照片只有一个很大的收件人地址和电话的特写，没有任何我家的标记，这跟之前相比，很反常。打电话给快递公司，说让我拍我家照片给他们，然后说让我等48小时给回复，我等了两天，收到一封邮件说他们已经上报给主管了，在让我继续等，24小时内会回复我，等到现在都没见回复。我就自己联系了temu的客服，说明情况后立马就退款了。难过的是我丢的那两个包裹都是我需要的东西，现在已经不能发货了。

Speaking from personal experience, their customer service only knows how to apologize for a “bad experience” and then push the blame to USPS, telling me to contact them myself. I called again, talked to a different rep, but their words were almost identical. In the end, I had to contact American Express to get my money back. It wasn't a lot—just over a hundred dollars—but I really never received my package. Maybe it's not their fault, maybe it really was delivered and someone stole it, but I shouldn't have to pay the price as a customer.
