The main routine is: I quickly charge it after work while getting ready for bed, then wear it to sleep. I keep it on when I wake up for exercise and wear it throughout the workday. With multiple cameras at home constantly sending motion alerts, plus listening to music, switching tracks, and checking WeChat notifications, the battery just can't keep up.
