: I returned an item worth over 250, but they claimed not to have received it. I contacted customer service countless times, but they kept shirking responsibility. Finally, they said it's been three months, so investigating is difficult, they don't know how long it will take, and they'll notify me when there's news. It would be clear if they just checked the shipping weight and the delivery company's receiving weight, but they just pretended not to understand, didn't solve the problem, and didn't reply to messages. I Googled it and found many people had similar experiences. Chewy also has a shady refund policy: they only refund money for goods they actually receive. As for items lost by the delivery person or their own employees, customers might (depending on their mood) be made to pay, and customers have no protection or choice, because they don't have physical stores, so even returning it in person for peace of mind isn't possible. If I buy from Chewy again, I'm truly an idiot. 二百五十多的东西退了说没收到，联系了无数次客服，一直推诿，最后说事情已经过去三个月了，调查有难度，不知道要多久，有消息再通知。查一下出货重量和送货公司收货重量就一清二楚的事情，就是各种装听不懂人话，不解决问题，不回消息。Google了下发现好些人都有同样的经历。chewy还有个流氓退款政策，只退他们收到的货的钱，至于货无论是送货员或者他们自己员工弄丢了，都有可能（看他们心情）让顾客赔钱，而顾客一点保障都没有，也没有任何选择，因为他们没有实体店，想保险点拿去店里退都做不到。再到chewy买东西我就是真二百五。
