: I always struggle with cooking sago. At what stage is it ready to be taken out? Does it have to be completely translucent with no white core? 煮西米总拿捏不好 哪种程度就可以出锅了 完全没有白芯才行吗？
回复 @小芭内和蜜璃 : I totally love mangoes too! Mango sago and mango pomelo sago are must-orders for me. Recently, I've been experimenting with mango smoothies, maybe I can try adding some chilled tapioca for a different texture. 对，我超爱芒果的，杨枝甘露和芒果西米也都是必点的，最近在研究芒果冰沙，说不定也可以加点冰镇的西米试试口感
回复 @小芭内和蜜璃 : Stir while cooking to prevent it from sticking to the bottom. If you see a white core, it's definitely not done yet. Once there's no more white core, you can turn off the heat, cover it with a lid, and let it sit for a bit—it'll be just right. 一边煮着搅一搅防止糊底，有白心肯定是没熟，看着没有白心了可以关火盖上盖子焖一会就不多了
