Despite repeated assurances from both phone and online customer service, things still went wrong. What's more, a back-ordered item has been delayed for shipment indefinitely, and my credit card charges have changed multiple times—utterly ridiculous. I've kept all the voice messages with customer service and online chat records, and I might file a BBB complaint against Neiman Marcus. 他家很坑的地方是网上下单收据并不会显示你符合多少钱的礼品卡。尽管电话和online客服各种保证，结果还是出了幺蛾子。而且一个back order的东西迟迟不给发货，信誉卡扣款记录变化了好几次，离谱。我留存了和客服的语音留言，online chat的客服记录，可能会BBB投诉 Neiman Marcus.
