I ended up contacting online customer service, and they had to manually process the order for me in order to use it. 我在下单的时候，邮费给我免了，25刀没有自动扣除(已经登录的情况下)，我后来联系在线客服，她帮我手动操作下单才用得到。

First time encountering such a blatant fake in the US after 10+ years. Mind blown. Probably a returned/switched item. 哪哪都不一样 仔细一看包装就是高仿货 打开一看更绝了 只有半瓶 味道像中国几十年前的雪花膏……十几年了第一次在美买到这样的高仿化妆品 开眼了 八成是被人调包退回去的
回复 @匿名用户 : Called CS—they issued a refund on the spot. Later mailed back the fake (box and all). Case closed ambiguously. Never buying pricy cosmetics from them again. 打电话给客服 他电话里就issue退款了 后来我把他们的高仿货连盒子带包装给他们寄回去了 不了了之了 再也不会在他家买贵的化妆品了
