回复 @耿直的薄荷糖 : Works well. Generally takes about 75 to 80 hours to grow bean sprouts. Best to change the water daily. I usually just change the water on the first day and leave it. For mung bean sprouts, use mung beans. Soybean sprouts depend on the beans—older beans might not sprout well. 好用 一般大概75到80小时出豆芽。最好每天换一下水。我一般都是第一天换水就不管了 绿豆芽 用绿豆做。 黄豆芽要看豆子 太老做不出来。

You can even go out for a bit while the soup is cooking. 好用多了！我一开始也买的普通砂锅，烧裂了，后来就用了这种，方便多了，也好洗，也不用盯着火，煲着汤还能出门溜达一下
