Since the email from David came at a similar time as Michael's email, so I missed the email from David but only replied my "payment details" to Michael, didn't realized my package has been shipped. I replied to the email on Dec 1st at 8:21 a.m. (PST), almost immediately I got up from the bed and said the order number was correct and also added my invoice number for this order. Then I didn't get anything from your customer service until Dec 4th, from Michael Burns again, asking "Would you be able to forward me some payment details for this order?This will help me try to narrow things down for you".
