:来更新一下我订单的近况。客服之前让我直接把收到的货退回去，但是要自己承担运费，从美国退回英国的运费，要$120将近。。。。荤菜了！！！然后客服说，你退回去，我可以paypal转账给你报销运费（因为是他们系统的问题，才导致货寄出来了，他们承诺给我报销退货回去的运费）。。但是我觉得不靠谱啊，这个客服说的能不能相信啊。。。。。感觉就是踩坑了。。。。。在我没得到客服妥善解决问题之前，建议所有小伙伴，千万别在这家买了。。。我会在这里继续更新我的订单被处理的情况。（收到的产品也没有发票，就孤零零一个产品。）

:After my reply to Michael, there is no reply from your customer service till yesterday and another customer service Amanda telling me, I need to return the package and paid for the shipping fee by myself in order to get the refund. I really just want to cancel my order to avoid "potential return " or avoid paying extra shipping fee for the return. But after all the efforts, I still have to pay extra because you had some IT issue at the beginning of last week. 我也把情况发给你们客服了，麻烦你们处理吧。事到如今，我已经佛了，希望你们客服能妥善处理，珍惜每一个客户，尤其是新用户。谢谢！

:And on the same day, another customer service David Murray wrote another email to me, letting me know " We had some IT issues at the beginning of the week which meant we lost some order details" and my package has been shipped and I could "refuse delivery for the order to be returned to sender and we can then process a refund." Since the email from David came at a similar time as Michael's email, so I missed the email from David but only replied my "payment details" to Michael, didn't realized my package has been shipped.

:I placed Order # 100372155 on Nov 5:30 p.m. (PST) and applied for cancellation at 6:50 P.M(PST), just one hour after the order. I received your customer service, Michael Burns, replied on Dec 1st 1:18a.m (PST), saying the order number I provided was incorrect. But actually, my order number was correct. I replied to the email on Dec 1st at 8:21 a.m. (PST), almost immediately I got up from the bed and said the order number was correct and also added my invoice number for this order. Then I didn't get anything from your customer service until Dec 4th, from Michael Burns again, asking "Would you be able to forward me some payment details for this order?This will help me try to narrow things down for you".

:我聊描述一下我第一次使用你们平台购物体验，真的非常糟心。我认为，我在下单后一小时，就立刻申请取消订单，中间和你们客服反复沟通，最后因为你们平台的IT issue，没能帮我取消订单，导致货品寄出，最后还要我自己来承担把货品从美国退回英国的运费，这是非常不合理的。肯定中方客服，能帮我申请一个pre-paid的returning label, 来cover这个退货的运费。否则我建议所有小伙伴，都不要在这个平台购物了，客服真的非常非常坑。我浪费了非常多时间和他们沟通，最后还要我自己来承担退货运费！！！！事到如今，我已经佛了，希望你们客服能妥善处理，珍惜每一个客户，尤其是新用户。谢谢！下面是我整个过程经历的详细描述：
