回复 @葫芦鹭 : The girl at the front desk said that if a receipt is issued, it means the refund has been processed. But since I bought it online, not in-store, the only option is to mail it back. She offered to help send it back with their orders, but couldn't provide proof. Her explanation made sense—the in-store and online systems are different. But that whole photo incident later was really unpleasant... Was it wrong for me to take photos as proof? 前台那個妹子說，如果出receipt就是已退processed了。但是我是online買的不是店買的，唯一方法就是寄回去。她可以幫忙同她們的order一起回去，但是無法出證明。她說得有道理，就是店跟online系統不一樣了。但是後來那個照相風波真的很不愉快…我照相自己要證明也不行？

回复 @IaOrana : I returned mine to the store, but got an earful... You could try it, but it totally depends on whether the staff at the counter is willing to help you ship it back. 我去店退的，但是被懟了一臉…你可以去試試，這個完全是看前台那個願不願意幫你寄回去。

回复 @妖精的沙漏 : Go contact customer service, online chat is fine. Ask for the tracking number and you'll be able to track it 去联系客服 online chat就行。 要tracking number 就可以查到了
