Contacted customer service, who coldly said I could return them, as if they didn't do anything wrong. Customer service is terrible. : Depends on the style. I've tried several pairs in-store before—some were comfy, others hurt my feet. I remember a black suede full-coverage heel (about 6-7 cm) being really comfortable. 分款式的，以前去店里试过好几双，有的很好穿有的脚掌痛，我印象比较深有款绒面黑色全包高跟挺好穿的，六七公分的样子
回复 @Cokacolacoco : Some shoes look great but aren't practical. You really have to try them on in-store. That said, suede does give off a classy vibe, though it seems hard to maintain. 有些款式鞋子好看但不中穿，还是得去店里试一试才知道，话说这种绒面看有人穿挺显气质的 但总感觉不好打理
