Return requests are accepted within 30 days after placing an order. You can use the return label included in the package (cost $7) to mail the return or exchange for free in-store. : Can't Brooklyn release a medium size? 28 is too small, like a commuter bag, and 39 is too big to handle. A size around 33 would be perfect. 布鲁克林就不能出个中号嘛，28太小像通勤包，39太大hold不住。出个33左右的就好了。
