: Useless 😂 From someone who always gets big pimples on the chin before their period—it's mainly a hormonal issue. Getting enough sleep, waking up early, and exercising can help a bit. If you do get one, just apply isotretinoin ointment. 没用😂来自一个常年生理期前下巴就长大痘的人，主要是内分泌问题，要早睡早起保持运动，会好一点；实在长了就用异维A酸药膏涂
