Murad’s retinol serum is also really nice—the scent is pleasant, the texture feels great, and it’s not greasy even in summer. 对，酸类的精华也可以的，bluemercury有时候会有修丽可比较好的折扣，Murad的A醇精华也很好用，味道好闻，肤感也好，夏天用也不会油腻

Recently, I got their acne treatment set with salicylic acid resurfacing—I guess that also helps boost skin metabolism. 色修就是感觉一直活在我的听说里 官网也没打折我也没买过，最近就入了他家的祛痘套装，水杨酸焕肤 应该也是在促进皮肤的新陈代谢吧

: Effect-wise, both help with acne and anti-aging. Retinol is a bit milder than retinal, so it’s a good idea to start with retinol if you’re new to it. 功效上没有区别都是祛痘和抗老，A醇比A醛更温和一些，前期刚用的话可以从A醇开始

回复 @匿名用户 : You need to build tolerance. Building tolerance doesn't mean continuous use. Stop using it for now, and use repairing products, like those from Cerave with simple ingredients. Wait until the redness and pimples go down (take a 27-day break), then start using it once a week for 1-2 months, then twice a week for 1-2 months, then every other day for 1-2 months, and finally daily. If you have flare-ups, redness, swelling, peeling, etc., take a break and repair, then restart building tolerance. As long as you don't increase the amount recklessly and are patient, you usually won't have issues. It's a bit troublesome for non-tolerant skin at first, but once built, it's very effective! 要建立耐受。建立耐受不是持续用。你先停了，然后用修复产品，比如cerave那些成分简单的。等退红退逗了（最后休息一个27天），然后开始一周一次坚持1-2个月，然后一周2次坚持1-2个月，然后隔一天一次坚持1-2个月，然后每天。这个过程如果又爆痘，红，肿，脱皮等等🔥🔥情况出现，就要停下来修复，再重新开始建立耐受。但是只要你不贸然激进加量，就耐心慢慢来，基本不会翻车。这玩意对于非墙皮就是比较麻烦一开始。建立好了，真的很好用！
