: At checkout, shipping showed as $0, but after paying, they added $8 out of nowhere! They refused to refund it, saying third-party sellers can't process refunds. Super annoying! Also, their online chat is garbage—keeps disconnecting randomly, and you have to queue all over again! 在这选shipping的时候写着0，后来我付钱后才发现多加了8🔪，说什么也不给我退！说第三方没办法退，反正很气人！还有就是online chat也做得很垃圾！莫名断线又要重新排队！
