: It works quite well, but this one is not detachable for cleaning. If you're worried about not being able to clean it thoroughly, I'd recommend their series with detachable baking plates. 挺好用的，但这个是不能拆洗的，如果怕洗不干净的话，更推荐他们品牌可拆换烤盘系列。
