: Exchanges are very difficult... You basically can't exchange anything, and then it just gets left unresolved. They don't give you a refund unless you find out later and contact customer service, and it takes a long time for the money to arrive. 换货非常不友好... 基本换不了, 然后就不了了之了, 也不给你退款, 除非你后来发现,联系客服, 要好久才到账
