You won't feel bad if it gets scratched or dented, and it's perfect for outdoor wood-fired cooking. Staub doesn't require maintenance; at most, you just need to dry it after washing or heat it dry. lodge是黑鑄鐵，要養護，否則會生鏽，養護就是抹油，所以看起來不乾淨，但便宜耐操，磕碰了也不心疼，戶外燒個柴火灶很帶感。staub不需要養，最多洗完擦乾或者燒乾就行。
