: Hello, the difference between the X800B pro-30 and the X800 Max-30 is that Max is an upgraded version of Pro. Max is 1100CFM, while Pro is 1000CFM. Max has greater suction power, with dual smoke inlets, and the smoke extraction speed is 30% faster than Pro. If you often use the back two burners, Max is better because Max has dual suction and is more attentive to the back burners.
