: My understanding is that this is a new user activity, and the definition of a new user is someone who has posted their first deal within the last 60 days, and has published ≥ 2 deal posts within 7 days, to be eligible for this March activity. 我理解应该是这个是新人活动，然后新人的定义是最近60天首次发布爆料，7天内发布爆料帖数≥2篇，才有资格参与三月这个活动
