Editor's Pick: When you can't reach the floor in a forward fold, just slide one under your hands so your lower back doesn't have to strain. These are denser than standard EVA blocks, so they won't squish down under pressure. The edges are beveled so your fingers can grip securely. They're the perfect height to sit on during meditation, and you can stack two for extra support. The smooth surface wipes clean easily after you sweat.
