Editor's Pick: For Halloween or a school performance when your little one needs to dress as Dorothy, this set has everything you need to just put it on and go. The blue-and-white gingham dress with the white apron is made of lightweight fabric, so kids can run and jump around freely. The hem length is just right for toddlers and won't trip them up. Pair it with a pair of ruby red shoes at home and the look is complete.
