: This kettle basically breaks down after just a year... The first one I bought wouldn't auto shut-off as soon as it arrived. Luckily, Amazon replaced it for me. The replacement worked for about a year and a half, but starting last week, it only heats water when it feels like it. Sometimes it heats, sometimes it doesn't—it's honestly left me speechless. If I say it's broken, sometimes it still works; if I say it isn't, sometimes it just won't heat up. Anyway, since I have another kettle at home, I haven’t bothered too much. Definitely need to replace it though. But honestly, this brand just isn’t great. 这款水壶基本用一年就会坏。。。 我买的第一个刚到家就不会自动停。 好在amazon给我换了一个。 这个换的用了大概1年半 上个星期开始水浒自己看心情加热。 有时候加热，有时候不加热 把我整的也是挺无语。 说坏了吧有时候还会加热，说没坏吧有时候又不加热。 我家还有一个加热的所以我也没太在意。肯定要换的。 但是这个牌子我是觉得实在不咋的。
