Editor's Pick: Use different knives for cutting raw meat and fruit, with colors that correspond so they're easy to tell apart. The blades have a nonstick coating, so slicing potato slices and tomato slices doesn't stick much—just rinse after cutting. The handles are non-slip, and the included blade guards let you store them right in a drawer. They're handy to pull out and use while cooking.
