: Received it yesterday noon, but by bedtime, it wouldn't charge. Searched online and found no complaints—maybe just unlucky with a defective unit. Contacted Bose via live chat. The rep was great: they said if they sent a replacement and it also had issues, I couldn't return the replacement. Best solution was to refund this one and repurchase. I mentioned I paid $150, and they offered to honor that price. Later, they sent a payment link—total came to just $87 including tax! They said the extra discount was for spending six hours troubleshooting before seeking help. Their customer service is top-notch. 昨天中午收到，到晚上睡覺前發現一直無法充電，上網search 也沒看到有人抱怨過，可能運氣不好收到有問題的。所以馬上和Bose live chat。對方很不錯，跟我說如果他寄一個replacement 出來給我，還有問題是不能退replacement,最好的方法是退了這一個重新買。我跟他說我$150塊買的，他說他可以給我這個價格，後來他給我一個付款連結，仔細一看金額竟然是含稅共$87塊！他說因為我花了六個小時troubleshoot before I reached out for help，所以給我更多discount 。他家的售後服務很不錯
