Also, since it’s the weekend, maybe no one is answering calls, so you could try calling again on Monday. But from my experience buying big brands online, most can’t cancel orders once placed and can only offer refunds, so I’m super careful when shopping online now. 那无解了，要不还是尝试找客服问问吧！不过之前我买的很多大牌都是不能cancel order只能收到退款的，所以我现在online下单都很谨慎了
