Editor's Pick: For at-home arm workouts or rehab training, this figure-8 band is easier to grip than regular resistance bands. The handles have foam padding, so they won't leave marks on your palms. The range of motion is compact, making it great for bicep curls or shoulder presses. The band has good elasticity with no tense, about-to-snap feeling when stretched, and it's strong enough for everyday intensity. It stores away compactly, fitting easily into a gym bag or drawer without taking up space.
