Editor's Pick: When making cocktails or lemonade, this manual press doesn't need to be plugged in—just squeeze the lever with one hand to extract every last drop from thick-skinned citrus. The cast iron base is very stable and won't wobble on your countertop, and the stainless steel cone and strainer rinse clean with just a quick wash. It's no problem to keep juicing round after round on the bar counter at parties.
