: That's caffeine intolerance! You should drink less coffee, or try ones with lower caffeine content. Cold brew, Aeropress, and hand-drip methods usually have higher caffeine. Using a Moka pot can lower it a bit. Also, Arabica beans have less caffeine than Robusta. 你这是咖啡因不耐受哇，以后少喝吧，或者喝点咖啡因含量低点的，冷萃咖啡机爱乐压手冲都会比较高，用摩卡壶能低点，再是阿拉比卡豆比罗布斯塔能低点
