回复 @撸一发 : First, you need to make a purchase. Go online to select the device, and on the device page, you'll find a trade-in option. There, choose the model; the storage space isn't important but you do need to specify if the phone is damaged. Even if the screen or shell is damaged, it's workable (I traded in my phone with a cracked screen). However, the internal hardware must be undamaged, the device must be account-free, and restored to factory settings. Once chosen, confirm the selection, and the price will be immediately deducted from your new purchase. After the purchase, you will receive an email with a mailing label and a set deadline to send it out. I don't recall the exact length, but it was relatively generous. You can then pick up your new phone and transfer any data. Later, log out of Google and Samsung accounts on the phone and restore factory settings in settings. Finally, pack up the phone, attach the label, and send it off. Once they receive it, they will email you, and in a few days, you will get a 'trade-in complete' email. 回复 @撸一发 : If you are purchasing a new phone and have selected Trade-in, the package with your new phone will include instructions and a Trade-in Return label. Place the phone you wish to trade in inside the box, attach the Return label to the outside, and send it out. Then, just wait for about a week. 你購買新的手機如果有填寫Trade in，新手機過來時箱子裡面有指引+ Trade in 的 Return label，把需要Trade in 的手機放進去並且外面貼上Return label 並且寄出就可以了，剩下就等待一個禮拜左右。
