[Expired]INIU Recalls Power Banks Due to Fire and Burn Hazards
This recall involves the INIU 10,000mAh Portable Charger, model number BI-B41, which was sold on Amazon between August 2021 and April 2022. These power banks have black or blue casings with the INIU logo and claw-shaped LED lights on the front.
According to reports, these power banks may overheat and pose a fire hazard. The company has received at least 15 reports of power banks overheating, including 11 fire incidents that resulted in minor burns and property damage.
Only portable chargers with serial numbers 000G21, 000H21, 000I21, and 000L21 are included in this recall. Users who purchased the affected power banks should immediately stop using them and visit INIU's official recall page to verify their product's serial number and register for a full refund.
