Anonymous Club, the creative collective led by HBA's visionary Shayne Oliver, has partnered with Converse to reimagine the classic Chuck 70 through a hardcore brutalist aesthetic. The design brilliantly fuses industrial functionality with '90s underground cultural elements.

Industrial Construction and Gorpcore Elements

 

The upper features rubber-coated canvas with deliberately exposed adhesive seams that emphasize its utilitarian structure. The tape-like details pay homage to DIY resilience, complemented by heat-pressed logos that transform durability into premium visual elements.

Shoe-within-shoe Armor-like Construction

 

The liquid latex-like surface creates an armor-like visual impact, supported internally by a structural sock system and mixed-color knit lining. Velcro straps at the forefoot and ankle not only enhance adjustability but also give the overall design a unique futuristic functional feel.
