: 1. 怎么蒸鱼能够完全无腥气又口感丰富呢？用金针菇做底，添加日本甜醋和香辣豆豉，爆香葱油，这样蒸出来的鱼没腥气，超鲜美，一上桌就能清盘~你的鱼不是单独蒸的吗！金针菇没有一起蒸。其实用葱姜丝泡一小杯水（十来分钟），再用水去泡一泡鱼块，最后鱼片蒸8分钟，关火焖一分钟。再继以下群主步骤决定没有香喷喷，因为我经常做给孩子吃。
