: This Birkenstock was basically down to only a few pairs during last week's promotion. Last week, as soon as I saw the discount, I immediately placed an order. But the shoes they sent me were incorrect in both color and size. It's hard not to think they just shipped whatever because they were out of stock. I contacted customer service twice, and both times they said they would follow up, but I still haven't received any email. Even today, the customer service rep said they hadn't seen any news about restocking these shoes. There weren't many pairs of this style to begin with, and they're still using it as a gimmick. 这个勃肯上礼拜活动的时候基本上已经没剩几双了 上礼拜一看到折扣立马下单 结果给我发过来的鞋 颜色 码数一个都不对 很难不认为是没货了随便发 联系了两次客服 都说会后续联系我 到现在也没收到邮件 今天白天客服还说这个鞋没看到任何补货到消息 这款一共也没几双了还要拿出来做噱头
