: I bought the K19. Other than the hot water coming out a bit slowly, everything else is fine. Just remember to refill the water tank often. When friends come over and keep pressing the button with nothing coming out, they think they’re using it wrong, but it’s actually just out of water. I had the same experience the first time I used it at a friend’s place. The operation is actually pretty straightforward, but the add-water reminder isn’t very clear for most people to understand. 买了k19，除了出热水慢点，其它都还好。另外就是要记得经常加水，朋友来家里按半天按不出来，以为不会用，其实是要加水了，之前我在朋友家第一次用也这样。操作其实挺简单明了的，就是加水提示一般人看不懂。
